(“DCP”) collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data, as defined below, about you through its https://decentralized.pictures/ website, proprietary global filmmaking platform built on a public blockchain, mobile application and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us.

If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Statement and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Collection of information from Children

DCP recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children. Our website and services are directed towards the general audience and are not directed towards children. Currently, only those 13 years and older may use our website. We do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 13 or minors otherwise defined in local law or regulation without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that someone under 13 has provided Personal Data through one of our websites, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our databases. Adults who interact with DCP should take care not to provide any information about children under the age of 13.

Privacy Shield Notice

DCP has elected to self-certify to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks (“Privacy Shield”) and may also utilize other transfer mechanisms as appropriate. DCP processes the Personal Data we receive in the United States from the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles and other transfer frameworks, as applicable.

If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please email us at support@decentralized.pictures, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Location Information

When you first launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.

Promotional Communications
